It's hard to feel stuck, out of balance, and like we aren’t living from our best selves. Sometimes, the shift we need is to learn to lean into the messy and complicated parts of ourselves differently, to tend to our inner life in service of wholeness. Although it can feel scary to do that, all we need is a solid intention to guide us and the courage to carve out the time and energy to start building new patterns and pathways.
